The first brick of Jamiatul Uloom Al-Islamia was laid 1986 by Molana Abdul Qadir Azad (RA), the Grand Imam of Badshahi Mosque, Lahore. He returned a year later to officiate the opening ceremony and led our first Friday prayer in 1987.
Since its inception, Jamia has been dedicated to providing Nazirah, Hifz, foundational Alim, and schooling classes. On record, over 70 students have graduated as Ulama and are actively contributing to their communities. Additionally, Jamia has produced over 300 Huffaaz of the Holy Quran to date and this number continues to increase.
